Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Solutions to frequently encountered problems

App Not Loading or Crashing

  • Clear your browser cache and reload the app
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for initial sync
  • Try accessing the app in an incognito/private window
  • Update your browser to the latest version

Login or Authentication Issues

  • Double-check your email and password for typos
  • Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
  • Clear cookies and site data, then try logging in again
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere with authentication

Data Not Syncing

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page to trigger a manual sync
  • Ensure you're logged into the same account on all devices
  • Wait a few minutes - syncing may be delayed during high traffic

PWA Installation Issues

  • Make sure you're using a PWA-compatible browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
  • Look for the install icon in your browser's address bar
  • On iOS: Tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen"
  • On Android: Tap the menu, then "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen"

Workout or Meal Data Not Saving

  • Ensure you clicked "Save" or "Complete" after entering data
  • Check that you have sufficient storage space
  • Verify that your browser allows local storage
  • Try re-entering the data after refreshing the page

Found something that's not working correctly? Help us improve by reporting bugs.

Please include the following information in your email:

Required Information:

  • App Version: Check Settings → About for version number
  • Device & OS: Your device type and operating system version
  • Steps to Reproduce: Detailed steps we can follow to see the issue
  • Expected Behavior: What you expected to happen
  • Actual Behavior: What actually happened

Optional but Helpful:

  • Screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue
  • Browser console logs (press F12 → Console tab)
  • Any error messages you see
